By accessing or using Auth2FA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Auth2FA allows users to generate and manage secure one-time passwords (TOTP codes) used for two-factor authentication (2FA). The Service is intended for personal and professional use only.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any authentication keys stored within the app.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users’ use of the Service.
2. Data and Privacy
Auth2FA does not collect personal information from users unless you explicitly use optional features such as encrypted cloud backup or premium services requiring authentication. All sensitive data, including your secret keys and generated codes, are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

3. Premium Services and Payments

Refunds: Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the features before purchasing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, design, trademarks, and related materials used within Auth2FA are the property of Priyo Email and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent from Priyo Email.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take extensive security measures, no electronic system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Priyo Email or Auth2FA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device malfunction.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Auth2FA at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and any locally stored data (such as TOTP keys) will remain on your device until you remove them manually.
8. Updates to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
The Auth2FA website or app may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including tools provided by Priyo Email. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priyo Email and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rangpur, Bangladesh.
